                                             GROUP & SPECIALTY BOOKINGS

Picture
Friends that play together, stay together!  With its' close proximity to Vancouver, and multiple options for access and length of stay,  Journeyman Lodge is unique among other backcountry lodges in British Columbia.  A flexible and convenient option for the annual ski vacation with friends or family.  With lucky timing, it can even be booked in its entirety for groups or special events.

There are a couple different ways to go about making a reservation of this type:

  • RESERVE MULTIPLE ACCOMMODATIONS (>3 rooms): booking out multiple accommodation styles on one invoice  (Trip Authorization contract, 10% auto-gratuity, and 50% deposit required + refundable $3000 security/damage deposit) *Must be coordinated with Adventure Crafter Agent
  • LOCK IT IN: proceed with a Full Lodge Capacity Reservation, booking out all the lodge accommodations on one invoice (Trip Authorization contract, $600 Full Lodge Capacity Fee, 10% auto-gratuity, and 50% deposit required + refundable $3000 security/damage deposit) *Must be coordinated with Adventure Crafter Agent
  • FREEBIRD IT: suggest the dates to party members and allow everyone to book at their own leisure  (30% deposit required for each reservation) *Can be booked online or with Adventure Crafter Agent

As far as guest experience goes for large groups, it makes the most sense to 'Lock it in' with a Full Lodge Capacity Reservation as it relieves some of the pressure for an immediate commitment from your guests and secures the entire space for the 'whole lodge' ambiance.  A ‘Full Lodge Capacity Reservation’ allows you to invite up to 24 of your closest friends to join you on this off-the-grid backcountry experience with us.  This does not give you exclusive use of all lodge facilities;  rather, this type of reservation provides the opportunity to enjoy the Journeyman Lodge experience surrounded by close family or friends.

All deposits (excluding the $3000 security/damage deposits) are 100% non-refundable, so you want to be extremely confident in your group.  The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival, at which point the trip is fully locked in.  Please review our Full Cancellation Policy online here >>.
