Journeyman Lodge’s resident chef, Rebecca, is eager to delight your palette. Her thoughtful preparation with perfectly herbed and portioned meals received tremendous reviews throughout her previous tenure at Tres Cabras Restaurant. Our all-inclusive packages include 4-course dinners, fresh satisfying breakfasts and handmade easy-to-carry lunches for your big day in the alpine.
We are pleased to cater to guests with dietary restrictions and food allergies; however, due to our remote location, advance notice is required at time of booking to ensure enough time for Rebecca to coordinate his meal plans accordingly.
Our commercial kitchen and dining room have a capacity of 48 persons so large groups can make the most of any celebration while dining in the peaceful tranquility of a secluded alpine valley.
