Journeyman Lodge’s resident chef, Leah, is eager to delight your palette. Leah has been perfecting her skills as a fine dining and pastry chef for over 15 years. Her specialties include farm to table (she’s raised her own livestock), baking and delectable sweets. She’ll keep you fueled right with her innovative, nourishing and locally-sourced menu. In addition to taking you on a culinary adventure with her signature five course dinners, she also provides an upscale catering menu for private events.
We are pleased to welcome guests with dietary restrictions and food allergies; however, due to our remote location, advance notice is required at time of booking to ensure enough time for Leah to coordinate her meal plans accordingly.
Our commercial kitchen and dining room have a capacity of 48 persons so large groups can make the most of any celebration while dining in the peaceful tranquility of a secluded alpine valley.
