All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the 30% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are 100% non-refundable.

Callaghan Country Wilderness Adventures is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to poor access conditions, poor roads, restrictions on trail access, or weather not conducive to outdoor recreation pursuits.
*** Backcountry recreation is not without risk. Reliable prediction of factors such as weather, snow and terrain conditions is impossible. All guests will be required to read and sign a comprehensive Self-Guided Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement prior to departure.
