Each day, the Lodge Hosts prepare delicious meals that include continental breakfasts of fresh baked goods, fruits, and cereals; hearty packed lunches, hot après-ski appetizers, home-made soups, fresh salads, and a variety of entrées and desserts to suit every appetite.

On request, we would be pleased to provide vegetarian or other menu options for guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies. Please let us know in advance.

No one goes away hungry at Callaghan Lodge. Here is a sample of appetizers, dinner entrees, and desserts. Please note that all menus are subject to change.


  • Antipasto platter with olives, meats and cheeses
  • Roasted garlic and baked brie
  • Assorted cheese and crackers
  • Seasonal vegetable platter
  • Nachos with cheese & homemade salsa

  • Roast AAA Prime Rib with Yorkshire pudding and red wine sauce, served with roast garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
  • Pepper crusted maple glazed Salmon, served wtih wild rice & green beans, shallots and herbs
  • Grilled pork loin with an orange and cranberry sauce, served with basmati rice and roasted red peppers and asparagus
  • Herb marinated Roast Leg of Lamb with a red wine reduction, served with rosemary garlic mashed potatoes and grilled endive
  • Classic New York Steak with carmelized onions and saute'd mushrooms, served with baked potato and grilled vegetables
  • Seafood linguini featuring prawns, scallops and salmon in a white wine cream sauce, served with fresh bread and asiago cheese
  • Chicken Callaghan stuffed with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes, served on a bed of spinach and topped with a saffron sauce, accompanied by wild rice and asparagus
  • Chicken with basil and roma tomato sauce on Penne pasta with cheese stuffed mushrooms and foccacia bread
  • Veggie Thai Green Curry, served with Jasmine rice and fresh cilantro

  • Hot Apple Pie with creme fraiche
  • NY Cheesecake with berry coulis and chocolate sauce
  • Chocolate mousse with fresh berries & hazelnut brittle
  • Harvest Loaf
  • Lemon poppy seed Loaf
  • Fresh fruit with creme anglaise and a coconut shortbread
