Each
day, the Lodge Hosts prepare delicious meals that include continental
breakfasts of fresh baked goods, fruits, and cereals; hearty packed
lunches, hot après-ski appetizers, home-made soups, fresh
salads, and a variety of entrées and desserts to suit every
appetite.
On request, we would be pleased to provide vegetarian
or other menu options for guests with dietary restrictions or food
allergies. Please let us know in advance.

Herb marinated Roast Leg of Lamb with a red wine reduction,
served with rosemary garlic mashed potatoes and grilled endive
Classic New York Steak with carmelized onions and saute'd mushrooms,
served with baked potato and grilled vegetables
Seafood linguini featuring prawns, scallops and salmon in a
white wine cream sauce, served with fresh bread and asiago cheese
Chicken Callaghan stuffed with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes,
served on a bed of spinach and topped with a saffron sauce, accompanied
by wild rice and asparagus
Chicken with basil and roma tomato sauce on Penne pasta with
cheese stuffed mushrooms and foccacia bread
Veggie Thai Green Curry, served with Jasmine rice and fresh
