Includes snow coach, snowmobile (double riding), or helicopter transfers to the lodge, 3-course lunch, exclusive use of the dining room or lounge area, cross country ski equipment and / or snowshoes, and the use of all trails and facilities.
Prices are quoted in Canadian funds and do not include the 5% Goods & Services Tax (GST) or gratuities. Prices do not include ground transportation to or from the staging area however we would be pleased to coordinate these details for you.

8:30am Meet & Greet at the Alexander Falls staging area (about 9km from Highway 99 on the Whistler Nordic Centre access road - formerly the Callaghan Forest Service road)
8:45am Depart for Callaghan Lodge
9:30am Arrive at Callaghan Lodge
9:45am Coffee / tea / hot chocolate
10:00am Morning meeting
12:00pm 3-course Lunch is served:
Coffee / tea / juice, hearty homemade soup or fresh salad, grilled pork loin with sundried apricot glaze with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables, Jack Daniels apple cobbler
1:00pm Play-time! Head out as a group and enjoy the cross country ski trails and snowshoe loops that surround the lodge
3:00pm Depart by snow coach or snowmobile
4:30pm Arrive at Callaghan Forest Service Road staging area

 

For groups of 13 or less, staying overnight is definitely an option. The lodge features 8 private rooms and 3 pull-out sofas, so we can accommodate small overnight sessions in comfort and style. For groups of 13, 6 guests would have their own private rooms (3 standard and 3 superior rooms), 4 would share 2 twin rooms, and 3 would bunk on the pull-out sofas located in the third floor sitting room and in the living room and loft of the Solitude Suite.

4:30 pm Appetizers are served: Baked brie with roasted garlic & crackers, assorted meat & veggie trays
6:30 pm 4-course Dinner is served: Organic mixed green salad with roasted almonds in a sherry vinaigrette, ginger carrot soup, Baked salmon oscar topped with seafood, asparagus & bearnaise sauce, hot apple cake with caramel rum sauce, coffee & tea service
7:45 pm Evening session
10:00 pm A good night’s sleep!
Day 2
7:00 am Continental Breakfast is served:
Coffee / tea / juice, fresh baked muffins and breads, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurt
