All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the 30% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are 100% non-refundable.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY: Refunds for cancelled reservations can only be collected if you purchase Cancellation Insurance from a reputable Insurance Agent. We strongly urge our clients to purchase appropriate trip cancellation and medical insurance prior to booking. Callaghan Country Wilderness Adventures is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to poor access conditions, poor roads, restrictions on trail access, or weather not conducive to outdoor recreation pursuits.
*** Backcountry recreation is not without risk. Reliable prediction of factors such as weather, snow and terrain conditions is impossible. All guests will be required to read and sign a comprehensive Self-Guided Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement prior to departure.
NOTE TO GUIDED BACKCOUNTRY SKI TOUR GUESTS: Callaghan Country reserves the right to cancel Backcountry Ski Touring trips due to insufficient bookings. Refunds are guaranteed in these circumstances.
